Proposal -  Variation of Condition 2 Attached to Planning Permission ZD23/00618/Full.

Changes as a result of design development during the construction period including : Addition of pitched roof over ground floor snug

glazed roof over rear courtyard area to form indoor garden, single storey flat roof spaces to rear for pool plant, extension to house plant

space and additional  storage space, repositioning of building 1 metre away from boundary wall to overcome issues with existing boundary wall

retention of garage in original location including omission of first floor accomodation over and additional window to lobby on East elevation.
